Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience - required
  • 4 years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations - required
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 40+ associates, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence on the production floor
  • Ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
  • Support team building, employee engagement, new product launches, and effective capacity and production planning
  • Meet and/or exceed business objectives including safety, quality, delivery, customer experience, people development, and cost
  • Allocate and lead resources in area based on production schedule and standards
  • Identify and may lead cost reduction initiatives to deliver on financial projections
  • Partner with other business unit leaders on projects or operations initiatives to align when appropriate
  • Collect various metrics and compile to forecast business needs
  • Attend daily management meetings and communicate business results/metrics clearly at all levels of the operations business
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects through teamwork, empowerment, consultative problem solving, and operating with honesty and integrity while providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service
