Responsibilities

Receiving information from the Team Leader of the previous shift
Informing the Team Leader of the next shift
Forwarding the information received to the Shift Manager
Following up on series changes in the lines
Coordinating line openings and closings
Informing the Shift Manager in case of improper production
Ensuring that the line reaches production targets
Collaborating and assisting with the line technician to solve technical problems in production
Controlling raw material, semi-finished and finished product stocks
Controlling productivity, traceability, lot paper, MPI and TPMs
Controlling records belonging to production lines
Providing training to production operators
Controlling and correcting the compliance of work safety rules
Controlling the order and cleanliness of work stations, clothing and equipment
Informing the Shift Manager about work stations, rotations of employees, trainings, holidays, overtimes, schedules of missing operators and related information while controlling production
Conducting analysis for improvements while controlling improvements in production
