Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Ability to be fully on-site in the Glasgow, KY office
  • Ability to work Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm Central Time
  • Demonstrated ability to see and read fine prints, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus; willingness to take and pass a vision assessment
  • Demonstrated finger dexterity for repetitive operative use of facility equipment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Regular attendance

Responsibilities

  • Verify materials and products as directed by procedures and/or batch record requirements
  • Label, inspect, and produce final container products using manual and/or automated systems
  • Set-up, changeover, and operate bottle opening equipment
  • Maintain records and production area to comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures
  • Perform initial check of completed documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Clean and verify bottle-opening equipment and perform off-line inspections in accordance with qualification requirements
  • Inspect bulk drug and determine conformance to specifications; identify shortages
  • Maintain logs, batch records, and all applicable documentation in accordance with cGMP specifications and internal standard operating procedures
  • Perform at or above established quality and productivity standards
  • Maintain competency for Production Operator 1 responsibilities
  • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA
  • Display behavior which exemplifies employee code of conduct guidelines and Omnicare Core Values
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Work extended hours as needed
