Requirements

Candidates should possess at least six months of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and comprehend both verbal and written instructions, demonstrating critical thinking, safety awareness, time management skills, coordination abilities, active learning aptitude, and active listening skills. They must also be at least 18 years of age and able to lift 50 pounds while working in potentially cold, hot, and dusty environments, wearing personal protective equipment, and adhering to shift schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime.
