Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum 5+ progressive years in operations as Manager or Supervisor
Proven track record of continuous improvement in production rates, levels of quality, and waste reduction
Experience driving process consistency and standardization across all shifts
Experience in research and recommendation of new capital equipment purchases
Highly developed leadership, change management, interpersonal, communication, and people skills to drive plant performance
Demonstrated ability to build team capability
Proven track record of operational enhancement, capital projects, and operational improvements
Lean Manufacturing experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for production operations
Coach, educate, and motivate production supervisors
Coordinate manufacturing activities for the new production line
Achieve operational goals in safety, environmental, quality, cost, and productivity
