  • Experience in color matching preferred
  • Expertise in various wood finishing techniques
  • Strong understanding of coating materials
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideally experience in the Cabinet or Flooring Industry
  • Shift hours: 6am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • Experience in Color preferred – to perform in this position you need to have an “eye” for color

Responsibilities

  • Report to Director of Manufacturing
  • Develop color working hand in hand with chemical supplier and production team
  • Monitor operations to ensure quality standards are upheld in all aspects of the finishing process
  • Select and apply appropriate coatings (e.g., Stains, sealers, etc.) based on product requirements
  • Identify and resolve coating defects
