Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent level of education is required
- Forklift and overhead hoist operation experience is a plus
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations is a plus
- Basic knowledge of a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of a wide range of fabrication materials, methods, and techniques
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment
Responsibilities
- Material handling, assembly, and packaging of completed manufactured products. (CLASS III)
- Rigging, hoisting, and operation of equipment in the movement of manufactured products. (CLASS III)
- General cleaning of the facility, grounds, equipment, and potentially performing administrative support to the leadership team in an office environment. (CLASS III)
- Performing other duties as assigned by direct supervision. (CLASS III)
- Distribution of equipment tools and supplies to aid in the production process. (CLASS II)
- Logistical management of incoming and outgoing materials as it is processed on the production floor. (CLASS II)
- Quality control and quality assurance of manufactured products. (CLASS II)
- Maintenance of plant facilities, equipment, and tools (Head Maintenance Man). (CLASS I)
- Execution of assigned steps in the manufacturing and fabrication process. (CLASS I)
- Operation of cutting, beveling, grooving, and threading tools in the preparations of piping products and assemblies. (CLASS I)
