Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent level of education is required
Forklift and overhead hoist operation experience is a plus
Ability to understand and follow directions
Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations is a plus
Basic knowledge of a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of a wide range of fabrication materials, methods, and techniques
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment
Responsibilities
Material handling, assembly, and packaging of completed manufactured products. (CLASS III)
Rigging, hoisting, and operation of equipment in the movement of manufactured products. (CLASS III)
General cleaning of the facility, grounds, equipment, and potentially performing administrative support to the leadership team in an office environment. (CLASS III)
Performing other duties as assigned by direct supervision. (CLASS III)
Distribution of equipment tools and supplies to aid in the production process. (CLASS II)
Logistical management of incoming and outgoing materials as it is processed on the production floor. (CLASS II)
Quality control and quality assurance of manufactured products. (CLASS II)
Maintenance of plant facilities, equipment, and tools (Head Maintenance Man). (CLASS I)
Execution of assigned steps in the manufacturing and fabrication process. (CLASS I)
Operation of cutting, beveling, grooving, and threading tools in the preparations of piping products and assemblies. (CLASS I)
