Responsibilities

Perform shift handovers and participate in pre-shift meetings
Execute tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor and other team members
Adhere strictly to operating procedures and work instructions
Carry out assembly and packing operations as required
Implement procedures for handling production anomalies and promptly report issues to the supervisor
Accurately complete production-related forms and records
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Execute 6S workplace organization activities as directed
Participate in company fire drills and cooperate with supervisors on safety-related tasks
Collect and classify waste materials within the designated area, including handling chemical hazardous materials in emergencies
Participate in performance evaluations and audits as directed by management
Continuously learn and improve job skills and personal qualities
