Responsibilities

As the Managing Director, Business Operation Modernization, you will lead and scale the practice across North America, APAC, and LATAM, guiding its growth and maturation. You will be responsible for managing commercial growth, crafting and executing transformation strategies aligned with client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-level digital transformation programs. Furthermore, you will oversee service offerings including Systems Engineering & Support, PMO, Business Process Design, Integration, and Cybersecurity, focusing on modernizing applications, improving system integration, and upgrading legacy technologies to drive faster, more efficient operations, and deliver measurable outcomes like improved NPS and operational efficiency.
