Requirements

Required Qualifications
Expertise in Photoshop for web production and high-end retouching (masking, background cleanup, image extensions, non-destructive workflows)
Experience in eCommerce, product, fashion, or lifestyle retouching
Strong asset management skills: clean file naming, folder structures, version control, and reliable handoffs
Proficiency with Workfront (or similar project management tools)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Familiarity with CMS platforms and asset workflows (e.g., AEM)
Ability to prep/export assets with accurate dimensions and optimized formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, video); basic SVG awareness
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills; able to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting deadlines
Effective problem-solving abilities: identify and resolve production issues, escalate risks early
Clear and concise communication for status updates, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
Quick learner, comfortable assisting others and adapting to new tools or processes
Solid understanding of image layout, compression, file correction, and web optimization techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with print/prepress production (ads, mailers, signage; bleeds, trim, CMYK, PDF/X)
Ability to build templates, export presets, and create publisher guides or SOPs
Experience supporting training and onboarding for new team members
