Requirements

Candidates must be based in the CET time zone or within 1-2 hours of it. A minimum of 2 years of QA experience with a focus on manual testing and user experience validation is required, along with strong UX/UI expertise and a deep understanding of usability principles.

Responsibilities

The Product UX Tester will execute manual testing in the live production environment, including exploratory, smoke, and regression testing. They will conduct scheduled audits of key configurations and data, build deep knowledge of the Deel platform and user workflows, and actively use the platform daily to uncover issues. Responsibilities also include analyzing findings to provide actionable insights, documenting bugs and audit summaries, and collaborating with product teams to improve user experience.
