Responsibilities

Deliver virtual/onsite instructor-led sessions on Sabre products, tools, and solutions to external customers
Facilitate interactive learning experiences that help participants apply knowledge to practical situations
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define course specifications, objectives, and required outcomes
Maintain and update training materials to ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency across regions
Contribute to the development of eLearning and computer-assisted training resources
Evaluate participant progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure training programs meet evolving business and customer needs
Manage multiple training projects, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision
Actively share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives within the global training organization
