Requirements

  • 5-10 years (Level II) or 10+ years (Level III) on-the-job experience in equipment assembly and/or technical repair
  • Effective communication skills and group presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude in demanding situations
  • Ability to handle and position components weighing in excess of 50 pounds
  • Regular, extended use of telephone, PC, tablet, and smartphone
  • Willingness to work 5 shifts on-site in Perry, OK (fully remote considered for Texas candidates with prior related experience), 8-hour days Monday-Friday, overtime on short notice, and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support
  • Ability to work in office, shop, and outdoor environments, including physical hazards, tight quarters, awkward positions, unimproved terrain, construction sites, and all weather conditions
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, cutting torches, welders, impact tools) and handling hazardous materials (e.g., solvents, oils, grease, fuels)
  • Willingness to travel (air and highway, domestic and international) and obtain/maintain active, valid US Driver's license and US Passport
  • No VISA sponsorship available

  • Provide technical support, feedback of field information, and technical training on American Augers and Ditch Witch equipment
  • Problem solve with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Manage warranty claims

  • Perform other duties as assigned
