Requirements

  • Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices, typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge for responding to and troubleshooting customer inquiries
  • Ability to document customer information, troubleshooting, and recurring product issues

  • Performs a wide variety of non-routine clerical and administrative tasks under limited supervision
  • Ability to provide assistance, training, guidance, coaching to lower level employees

Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions
  • Troubleshoots customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use, malfunctioning products, and/or software applications, and recommends corrective action
  • Documents customer information, troubleshooting, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development
  • Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
  • Provides assistance and training to lower level employees
  • Performs a wide variety of non-routine clerical and administrative tasks and may support special projects or assignments
  • Works to deliver day-to-day objectives with significant impact on achievement of results for the job area
  • Obtains or provides information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
  • Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
  • Independently proposes solutions to problems for manager review
  • Communicates typically with internal and external contacts and obtains/provides information on matters of moderate importance
