Requirements

  • Passionate and enthusiastic Enterprise sales executive
  • Experience driving complex sales cycles
  • Knowledge of Workday's products and portfolio
  • Experience with value-selling processes
  • Ability to scale and support up to 50 UKI AEs and Leadership teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support the strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives and builds & maintains long-term relationships
  • Proactively provide insights into account strategies and use cases for where Workday extend is applicable
  • At scale run and own demand generation programmes with the support of the extended teams
  • Create repeatable customer win stories while ensuring that the core Workday sellers are enabled and informed on the Workday Extend solution
  • Work with Product Managers to ensure that there is a continuous feedback loop on product advancements and partner on relevant content
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners with a focus on deal management and connecting customer needs with specific specialized products and Workday solutions
  • Work with both Net New AEs and Customer Base AE’s to identify potential Workday solution sales for existing specialized products
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
