  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Proactief contact met de klant over lopende offerte aanvragen
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met accounts
  • Communiceren met medewerkers van verschillende andere afdelingen, zoals Creditmanagement en Customer Services
  • Afhandelen van aftersales (back-order, afhandelen van vragen) en andere administratieve taken
  • Werken met CRM- en administratieve systemen
