Responsibilities

Directs a team of product quality and reliability engineers and manages their functions, activities, and responsibilities for product development & qualification, manufacturing quality, supplier quality management and quality management system of the company
Applies expertise in product quality and reliability and failure analysis processes, tools, methods, and testing best practices to guide product and design teams and improve quality standards and targets
Collaborates with cross functional teams to remove barriers, monitors the outgoing quality and reliability, and ensures the product continues to meet established specifications and customer expectations
Enables teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling company values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment
