Requirements

Ability to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog from validated Product Requests
Experience refining stakeholder requirements into features and user stories
Skill in prioritizing backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
Proficiency in articulating product vision and goals, including creating roadmaps, release plans, dashboards, and product support matrices
Strong collaboration skills with clients, subject matter experts, stakeholders, Product Manager, and development team
Comfort working independently and collaboratively with development teams to clarify requirements and provide guidance
Participation in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
Ability to track and report product development progress, key metrics, and handle changes/delays
Capability to balance competing priorities, communicate effectively, and align product with business strategy
Understanding and documenting evolving business and functional requirements

Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining the product backlog, refining validated Product Requests from stakeholders
Working with Product Manager and development team to prioritize backlog
Communicating product vision and goals to development team and stakeholders via roadmaps, release plans, dashboards, etc
Collaborating with clients and subject matter experts to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and manage expectations
Working with development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and focus on priority features/user stories
Participating in Agile ceremonies to collaborate, provide feedback, and improve processes
Tracking product development progress and reporting on backlog status, release plans, and metrics
Communicating changes or delays to stakeholders and adjusting the product backlog
Ensuring product meets customer/stakeholder needs while aligning with business goals
Understanding and documenting business and functional requirements as technology evolves, working with internal stakeholders and technical teams
