Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of Product Owner experience, IT Product Management experience or technical analyst experience, preferred
Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
Experience designing and managing electronic trading platforms including algorithmic trading, smart order routing and internalization / matching engine
Proficient in extracting and analyzing data using SQL and other query languages
Dedicated, committed, and passionate leader
Phenomenal interpersonal skills to work across domain and technology departments
Skilled at roadmap management, defining and managing roadmaps that align business, data, and technology objectives using quantitative and qualitative approaches
Experience in discovery, crafting current/future state diagrams, process flows, use cases
Experience in planning across teams for dependency alignment and facilitating quarterly planning activities
Expertise in backlog ownership, ensuring epics and stories are clear with business value and acceptance criteria
Attention to detail and dedication to quality execution, including business readiness
Strong partnerships and customer management skills, championing collaborative environments
Demonstrated leadership in influencing and motivating teams without formal authority

Responsibilities

Digitize manual processes for donors and advisors, helping service delivery partners
Ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' through ongoing planning and management of a roadmap for National Charitable Services, Corporate Solutions Product Area
Partner on cross-squad dependencies and take full ownership of the product backlog for effective delivery
Work closely with delivery team in an agile structure, engaging squad members to share input, deliver sprint commitments, continuously improve, innovate, experiment, learn, and celebrate success
Ensure releases are of high quality and implemented seamlessly by ensuring business readiness
Commit to developing others and yourself to integrate latest thinking and knowledge into squad culture
Inspire and empower the squad through a shared mission and roadmap aligned with partner value
Guide the team as the voice of the client/partner for high value, high quality execution
Clearly communicate impediments, progress, and results against objectives and KPIs
Collaborate and coordinate with Technology Engineering Management and Scrum Masters to build squad capacity and cultivate a growth mindset
Make informed trade-off decisions balancing quality, cost, and timelines
Improve value delivery and delivery excellence from planning through implementation
Drive product requirements, prioritization for multiple Squads with key business and technology team members
Drive clarity in requirements with a well-laid-out plan, building deep domain and system expertise
Deal with evolving business needs and demonstrate leadership
