Requirements

  • Desirable: Ability to interpret and apply benchmarking frameworks to support product development, pricing strategies, or regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

  • Backlog Ownership: Manage and prioritise the squad's product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with a Senior Product Manager and internal stakeholders across product, technology, data to gather requirements and manage dependencies
  • Vision & Roadmap: Communicate the platform vision and product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable tasks from the product function into tech
  • Agile Leadership: Work within Agile Scrum teams to deliver features, enhancements, and fixes across a platform. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and platform quarterly planning
  • Governance & Quality: Maintain ICIS data quality, compliance, and accessibility
  • Performance Monitoring: Use data to measure product performance, test with stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback
