Responsibilities

  • Implement organization strategies through effective direction and management of resources, accountable for business strategies, functional/operational areas, processes, or programs
  • Manage and develop a team, participate in organization-wide projects, provide guidance and expertise
  • Design, develop, and implement marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support products, services, or market sector
  • Use marketing strategies and media to launch and position products/services
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Become an expert on sustainability trends, regulations, and buyer needs; document and present insights to educate teams and inform product strategy
  • Collaborate with Product and Advisory teams to develop differentiated messaging, translating technical features into market-ready narratives for key personas
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to launch campaigns driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and expansion; support product launches and upsell initiatives
  • Create compelling collateral (emails, videos, fact sheets, webinars) for campaigns and promotions; maintain development plan for resources and coordinated campaign planning
  • Manage relationships with key industry and technology organizations to amplify brand and thought leadership
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and written communications; balance priorities across product, sales, and advisory teams
  • Lead and oversee key marketing projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables; coordinate resources and ensure execution
  • Deliver data-supported reporting on go-to-market learnings, validating strategy and sharing with stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies; monitor sustainability trends and regulatory changes
