Responsibilities

  • Champion the customer from product development, to launch, through adoption and retention
  • Become the expert in client segments by developing a deep understanding of the market, buyer personas, customer journey, and sales cycle
  • Build deep working relationships with sales and relationship management teams to support their growth and expansion
  • Define product positioning and craft compelling product messaging that articulates Addepar’s value proposition and resonates with the target audience
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop impactful GTM strategies, marketing materials, and internal resources for various solutions and use cases
  • Stay close to the roadmap and manage the product and feature launch process in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams
  • Produce regular thought leadership and product educational content to build brand awareness and solidify Addepar’s leadership
  • Research and monitor market, industry, and competitive landscape to identify key trends and competitive positioning
