Responsibilities

  • Own messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for key product areas
  • Lead product launches from start to finish
  • Build customer-facing content (decks, landing page copy, in-app communication) and internal enablement (launch playbooks, talk tracks, demo outlines)
  • Use data to evaluate what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Stay close to the market
  • Identify and work closely with relevant partners
  • Appear publicly at product webinars, industry panels, and other events
  • Influence the Product roadmap
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
