Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of all program messaging and foundational content (e.g., program webpages, nurture sequences, one-pagers, sales resources), ensuring accuracy, alignment, and resonance with target audiences
  • Define audience-specific value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with district and school leaders (e.g., HR, principals, superintendents) and teacher audiences
  • Lead go-to-market plans for key educator-focused initiatives (e.g., state B2C, district solutions, teacher professional development offerings)
  • Lead launch strategies for new programs, courses, and partnerships, translating offerings into compelling stories and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
  • Develop and support high-impact content (e.g., blogs, case studies, guides, webinars, white papers, presentations) to communicate program value and establish thought leadership in teacher education
  • Oversee the Professional Development program by partnering with the Professional Development Specialist and faculty to guide curriculum development, ensuring alignment with educator needs, market insights, and strategic positioning; review course outcomes, descriptions, and messaging
  • Provide sales enablement by equipping sales and business development teams with tools and resources (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, sequences, talking points) to accelerate deals and deepen relationships
