The Product Manager - Salesforce Ecosystem will be responsible for optimizing and scaling Motive’s Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows to support rapid international expansion, focusing on improving the quote-to-cash process and ensuring seamless data flow between departments like Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. Key duties include driving strategic initiatives for Front Office and Back Office systems, drafting design documents, gathering requirements, building test and deployment plans, managing communications, and collaborating with various teams to build, configure, test, and release system changes.
