Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of product management experience, with 1-2+ years of launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange, or other complex technical domains. A strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling, treating oneself as a crypto native, is essential. Proficiency in data analysis with a metrics-driven approach, a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution ability, and the capacity to operate strategically while managing details effectively are required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with outstanding organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment, are also necessary. Experience with Asset listings, Crypto Launchpads, Accelerators, or Tokenomics platforms and demonstrated success in driving product-led growth are considered nice-to-haves.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will lead the delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services products. They will define and articulate detailed product requirements, supported by business analysis and stakeholder input, and produce clear documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flows. Responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicating product vision, and maintaining a transparent roadmap. The role involves continuously improving the crypto funding client experience through structured experimentation and insights, supporting and enhancing mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure for reliability and performance, and supporting the development of 0-1 product initiatives from ideation to execution. The Product Manager will leverage data to drive prioritization, monitor product performance, and iterate toward improved outcomes.
