Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Film, Design or similar field; MBA preferred
  • Strategic approach: Ability to operate at a broad strategic level as well as drill down into the details. Proven ability to translate vision into actionable product strategies and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Business and user research skills: Experience leading customer research, making decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data, analyzing market opportunities and understanding the needs of professional users
  • Technical expertise: Comfortable collaborating on technical decisions; practiced in the art of the possible. Able to engage with in-development features from early research prototypes to production. Proficient in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, driving consensus and articulating complex ideas clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Familiarity with digital media workflows, such motion or graphic design, visual effects, video editing, or creative coding, is a plus
