Candidates should possess at least two years of product management experience, demonstrating autonomy and the ability to tackle complex, unscoped problems. A strong learning aptitude and a track record of becoming a domain expert are essential, along with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and solid analytical abilities utilizing data for decision-making. Bonus points are given for experience or a degree in software engineering or data science, particularly in financial products or large-scale data systems.
The Product Manager will lead projects focused on building and shaping the payments ecosystem, including member-facing products, internal tools, and the core payment system. They will define and develop the payments roadmap, encompassing vendor integrations, new products and features, and data products, while driving new feature development from ideation to iteration. Specifically, this includes enabling real-time payment tracking for patients, integrating Garner with health savings accounts, and introducing faster payment rails for reimbursements.
