The Product Manager II will lead the Automations team, shaping the vision and strategy for the automation platform to empower small businesses. Responsibilities include defining the automation strategy, setting and prioritizing the roadmap, and leveraging AI for dynamic customer experiences. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Success, Product Marketing, and other product teams for launches and scaling. It also includes defining and tracking key product metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
