Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in large-scale technology or eCommerce environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Experience in logistics, e-commerce or consumer technology
  • Preferred: Proficient with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, PowerBI)
  • Preferred: Experience in agile development and working with cross-functional delivery teams
  • Preferred: Understanding of omni-channel retail customer behavior and trends
  • Strong background in Last Mile Delivery
  • 3+ years minimum deep product management expertise

Responsibilities

  • Manage product development through stakeholder collaboration, user research, and iterative testing to enhance customer experience and business value
  • Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy to address key business problems within the last-mile delivery portfolio
  • Build, maintain, and enhance functional partnerships by understanding stakeholder interests and technical needs
  • Engage periodically with business partners to establish credibility, exchange functional information, influence technical outcomes, and communicate shared goals
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, seek and provide constructive feedback, and address ambiguity in stakeholder meetings
  • Conduct usability testing and iteration, identify major activities associated with user acceptance testing, and compile guidelines for test developers and end users
  • Explain the features and objectives of alpha and beta tests, ensuring testing against a design specification
  • Manage user discovery processes, leveraging trends in user consumption habits to develop or improve interaction design and user experience strategies
  • Drive customer/client needs by building and maintaining customer relations to understand requirements and problems
  • Create customer journey touchpoints to anticipate product enhancements, simplify and improve processes to reduce turnaround times, and increase effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Provide expert advice and guidance, support the implementation of business solutions, and monitor progress and results
  • Identify stakeholders, communicate, and engage using appropriate techniques; influence technical outcomes by linking stakeholder interests with business goals
  • Proactively bring ideas and solutions to business partners and solve shared business problems cooperatively
  • Model compliance with company policies and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into business plans and processes
  • Demonstrate respect for individuals, drive positive experiences, embrace differences, and foster a culture of belonging
