Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision for member engagement and subscriptions, creating a strategic roadmap for earnings, referrals, and loyalty programmes
  • Develop and optimise member journeys focusing on engagement with earnings features, referral-driven growth, member LTV, and churn reduction
  • Drive end-to-end product execution with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, analysts) from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Conduct market and user research to identify loyalty motivators, translate into prioritized backlog, and lead experimentation programs for loyalty funnel, referrals, rewards, and retention
  • Instrument, analyse, and own KPIs for rewards ecosystem success (e.g., programme ROI, CAC reduction, engagement uplift)
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, including partnerships, financial modeling, and PnL forecasting
  • Collaborate with Technology, Design, Marketing, Data, and Finance for data-driven campaigns and features driving rewards and referrals adoption
  • Serve as thought leader on loyalty, earnings, and growth mechanics, influencing other product teams
  • Invest in professional development through training, certifications, and conferences
