Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision for member engagement and subscriptions, creating a strategic roadmap for earnings, referrals, and loyalty programmes
Develop and optimise member journeys focusing on engagement with earnings features, referral-driven growth, member LTV, and churn reduction
Drive end-to-end product execution with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, analysts) from ideation through launch and iteration
Conduct market and user research to identify loyalty motivators, translate into prioritized backlog, and lead experimentation programs for loyalty funnel, referrals, rewards, and retention
Instrument, analyse, and own KPIs for rewards ecosystem success (e.g., programme ROI, CAC reduction, engagement uplift)
Develop business cases for new initiatives, including partnerships, financial modeling, and PnL forecasting
Collaborate with Technology, Design, Marketing, Data, and Finance for data-driven campaigns and features driving rewards and referrals adoption
Serve as thought leader on loyalty, earnings, and growth mechanics, influencing other product teams
Invest in professional development through training, certifications, and conferences
