Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, with a strong track record in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS
  • Some experience building and launching 0 to 1 AI/ML-powered products, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks (prior technical exposure is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and product-thinking skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action

Responsibilities

  • Execute on the roadmap for Gen AI agents that automate complex workforce management tasks—iterating quickly, and shipping impactful solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design to build scalable, intelligent automation
  • Research and partner with customers to deeply understand pain points and design AI-driven workflows that add real value
  • Execute by prioritizing features that deliver business impact while managing technical constraints
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate AI agents seamlessly within Deputy’s platform
  • Track success with clear KPIs, continuously refining and improving based on user feedback and adoption
