Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience developing medium to large-scale products in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment. Experience and knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically AWS, are required. A strong understanding of product management principles and experience working with government clients is also necessary.
The Product Manager will define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for data pipelines, API ecosystems, and front-end experiences. They will collaborate with government stakeholders to align priorities, work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver agile solutions, and ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of healthcare data exchange systems. Responsibilities include driving adoption of interoperability standards, measuring progress towards business goals, and acting as a Product Subject Matter Expert in design decisions.
