  • Passion for emerging payments and products, with ability to communicate and inspire business leaders and developers to build or adjust their card proposition using Visa Products and Solutions
  • Experience in German in the payment ecosystem (issuing and/or acquiring, merchant or gateway provider environment)
  • Preferable experience in a fintech/startup ecosystem
  • Highly collaborative with a structured approach
  • Strong communicator with a flexible mindset
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Ability to understand fintech’s strategic challenges and build stories with Visa products
  • Keen to learn more about Visa Products

Responsibilities

  • Act as product lead in sales engagements, responsible for the 'product storyline'
  • Execute product-related projects for a dedicated set of clients and solutions
  • Build product solutions for clients based on understanding of client situation, complex information, client input from workshops, and input from Account Executives
  • Lead product projects and facilitate client workshops on topics e.g., Future of Credit and innovation in Everyday Payments
  • Serve as first point of contact for product partner(s) in Central Europe (CE)
  • Proactively work with Account Executives in all CE markets regarding partner solutions
  • Align with partners on product workshops with clients, customized pricing, and proof of concepts
  • Lead the commercialization of partner solutions in CE
  • Ideate with Fintech Visa clients and partners to discuss priority Visa products
  • Provide pre-sale advice and technical guidance on combining and integrating Visa products with clients’ systems
  • Offer expert advice to business leaders and product managers on using Visa’s services, understanding client business problems or market opportunities, and finding right solutions
  • Use client feedback and experiences to identify new Products and APIs needed by the market and enhance usability of Visa’s product & solutions suite
  • Work with the Fintech-Berlin payment ecosystem and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to increasing the number of consumer credentials and Value-added services per client
