Responsibilities

  • Internalize and represent the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
  • Perform competitive analysis and conduct market research
  • Team with product development to deliver high-quality products on time
  • Participate in strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging, and features
  • Assist in budgeting and variance analysis of product's unit and financial performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Concisely communicate trends, opportunities, and risks; develop and defend point of view (POV) for product features/benefits
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analysis (what is wanted vs. what is attainable)
  • Manage pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas
  • Conduct user need analyses for ancillary products to achieve subscriber and financial objectives
  • Manage ongoing product management of new and existing products
  • Conduct budgeting, planning, analysis, and monitoring to ensure unit and financial targets are met for assigned products
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; be an enthusiastic learner and advocate of technology, products, and services
  • Win as a team by collaborating and being open to new ideas
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and elevating opportunities
  • Drive results and growth; support a culture of inclusion
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
