Requirements

3–5 years of product management experience in B2B (must) with a focus on IT and cybersecurity SaaS solutions - Must
Demonstrated success in developing and launching impactful products
Strong technical background and understanding of cybersecurity technologies and concepts
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to drive effective prioritization, planning, and decision-making
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience

Responsibilities

Lead and develop new product domains, capabilities, and features within At-Bay’s Stance cybersecurity platform (exposure management, identity security, email security)
Take end-to-end ownership of the product feature lifecycle, from concept and design through development, launch, and deployment
Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
Collaborate closely with R&D to scope, design, and deliver high-quality features
Manage planning activities, backlog prioritization, and daily product decisions
Partner with product design to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience that enhances customer satisfaction
Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and planning
