Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong understanding of cloud platform related technologies such as: compute, storage, networking, virtualization, AI, GPUaaS
  • Ability to translate technical needs into clear product requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional product launches end-to-end
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving
  • Strong ability in time management, planning, and attention to detail
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IaaS/PaaS providers and Kubernetes ecosystems
  • Exposure to government, regulated industries, and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision
  • Risk assessment, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Experience working with data protection regulations (ie: GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001)

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Rumble Cloud product vision, strategy, and 12–24-month roadmap
  • Partner with strategic customers to enhance product offerings and build tailored experiences
  • Translate technical feedback into clear product requirements
  • Write detailed product specs, feature briefs, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items
  • Run product standups, backlog grooming, and cross-department alignment meetings
  • Validate releases through testing, documentation, and customer pilots
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define product messaging, pricing, packaging, and launch strategy
  • Support creation of technical documentation, demos, competitive analyses, and customer-facing materials
  • Drive adoption through feature enablement, internal training, and customer onboarding support
  • Define and track KPIs such as product usage, infrastructure efficiency, time-to-deploy, revenue growth, and churn
  • Use data to refine product experiences and increase customer value
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer lifecycle and lead solutions across teams
