Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a product manager delivering complex projects across multiple milestones
  • Problem solver; able to identify problems, understand them deeply, and figure out different solutions
  • Ability to drive features through to completion, delivering high-quality results while dealing with ambiguity, and creating products that drive more customer engagement
  • Excellent collaborator, able to tailor approach when working with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams
  • Keen design sense; able to look at a feature and understand it through a user’s eyes
  • Clarity of writing to capture and distill ideas into written words to build consensus around vision
  • Adtech experience highly preferred but not required
  • Computer Science or Engineering background preferred but not required - to understand and communicate technical concepts

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development of various projects within the Campaign Execution portfolio
  • Responsible for delivery of product specs that capture user needs along with clear direction for the engineer, design, and QE team on how the feature should behave
  • Define key success metrics, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions that drive product success
  • Identify and validate new areas of opportunity and prioritize them against other potential roadmap items
