Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Toxicology, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of product management experience in life sciences, clinical diagnostics, or toxicology products preferred
  • Proven experience in upstream marketing, NPI processes, and product innovation roles
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
  • Displayed cross-functional leadership and experience in leading all aspects of matrixed global teams
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflow, diagnostic testing markets, and regulatory pathways
  • Willingness to travel within the United States and internationally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking and strong analytical abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical thinking and skill to propel product success assessed by revenue, profitability, and adoption

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the toxicology product portfolio
  • Develop and maintain Target Product Profiles (TPP) and prioritize market requirements
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, customer interviews, and competitor assessments
  • Monitor industry trends and new technologies in toxicology and related fields
  • Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and integrate voice-of-customer feedback into product development
  • Coordinate diverse teams spanning R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial divisions to facilitate successful product development and launch
  • Serve as the primary liaison between global business units and affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and alignment
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals and financial models to support product development and commercialization decisions
  • Conduct pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis to ensure product success
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and post-launch support, and end of life
  • Ensure all product documentation is maintained in accordance with the Quality Management System
  • Develop comprehensive training content and materials for the Sales Force and regional marketing teams
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to train them on product features and benefits, enabling them to implement training programs locally
  • Develop global launch and marketing plans to drive product adoption and market penetration
