  • Balance customer feedback and feature requests with scalable, long-term solutions
  • Partner with engineering to deliver reliable, easy-to-use built-ins across both cloud and on-prem deployments
  • Explore opportunities for pricing, packaging, and monetization of built-ins
  • Collaborate broadly across product, design, and GTM teams to ensure built-ins drive value throughout the platform
