Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3+ years as a Product Manager, demonstrating expertise in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex technical products
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate diverse business models and channels
  • Ability to drive collaboration across multiple disciplines (marketing, sales, design, finance, ops, engineering, etc.), acting as a conductor who softly leads without forced authority
  • Ability to work in a global environment with high level of English proficiency
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, able to execute complex projects under time and resource constraints and competing priorities
  • Curiosity-driven mindset, constantly challenging "why" things happen
  • Storytelling skills to articulate compelling narratives, present ideas clearly, and write to gain buy-in

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for billing systems, working with engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Collaborate with finance team to understand needs and build features optimizing payment collection, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Deeply understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and drive product innovation in payments
  • Define business and technical requirements for products and features; write clear product specs and documentation
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, measure success, and prioritize features
  • Build, maintain, and ensure integrity of a complex payment network serving thousands of US businesses
  • Develop and execute product roadmap aligned with company goals to address market needs and drive innovation
  • Collaborate with Data, Ops, Finance, and Engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale delightful payment experiences
