Requirements

Deep understanding of the application areas and challenges of creating products based on generative AI
Understanding of what constitutes an agentic system and its potential applications
Knowledge of key AI concepts such as prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with practical experience using LLMs (directly and via API)
Ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions using no-code/low-code tools
Experience with no-code/low-code tools (V0, n8n, etc.)

Responsibilities

Identify AI opportunities for clients and the firm
Rapidly prototype agentic solutions using no-code/low-code tools (V0, n8n, etc.)
Conduct ongoing monitoring and explore the latest innovations
Evaluate and select relevant AI technologies
Participate in the R&D team to position Thiga as a market leader
Establish a clear product vision and identify uncertainties related to AI
Define AI product strategy and roadmap
Implement and integrate AI capabilities into applications
Manage the product lifecycle of AI solutions, from experimentation to generalization
Define MVPs and iterations to achieve the vision
Analyze the performance of AI solutions and identify improvement levers
Understand the organizational impacts of proposed AI solutions
Design and deploy adoption strategies tailored to different stakeholders
Identify and address potential resistance to AI
Support the upskilling of teams and users on new solutions
Measure adoption and adjust approaches to maximize impact
