Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience delivering B2B SaaS products, with a proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration
- Experience with IoT or other hardware-integrated products is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute a product roadmap, aligning business strategy with customer needs and measurable outcomes
- Proven experience conducting customer discovery and validation—comfortable leading interviews, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into actionable requirements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to define, prioritize, and ship features
- Exceptional communication skills, including writing clear, structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and influencing decision-making across teams
- Solid project management and prioritization skills, with a track record of managing competing demands and delivering in a fast-paced environment
- A data-informed approach to product decisions, leveraging usage analytics, customer feedback, and business metrics to guide priorities
- Strong appetite for learning, whether it’s technical content or industry-specific challenges
- Collaborative problem-solver who can build consensus and drive alignment across teams
- Highly adaptable, able to switch contexts and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Own and drive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Work closely with customers to gather insights, define pain points, and validate solutions

- Create and maintain product documentation, including Marketing and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve user experience, adoption, and retention
- Prioritize and manage competing demands, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals
- Act as an internal champion for the customer, ensuring their needs are always top of mind
