The Product Manager – Elite Nurse Practitioner (“ENP”) will be responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and management of the ENP product portfolio. This role drives product innovation, aligns development with the company's mission, and ensures offerings meet learner and business goals. They will collaborate across departments, manage product managers, and execute the product line’s strategy, enhancing market position and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the ENP product line.
    • Create TAM expansion opportunities and align with company goals.
    • Ensure alignment with market trends and learner needs.
  • Product Roadmap Development:
    • Develop a roadmap to deliver world-class learning experiences.
    • Drive market share growth within current ENP customer segments.
    • Explore expansion to younger clinicians in the Nurse Practitioner profession.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Determine topic themes and strategy for conferences, membership, CE offerings, and content (webinars, podcasts).
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
    • Ensure a robust pipeline of innovative products.
    • Maintain the company’s competitive edge and financial margins.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) Management:
    • Restructure SME relationships from content generation to incentivized community generation.
    • Leverage SME networks to drive customer acquisition.
  • Accountability & Reporting:
    • Track, report, and drive key product performance metrics.
    • Analyze product inputs and customer requirements.
