Responsibilities

  • Evolve existing ML features: Own roadmap and execution for existing machine learning capabilities, like Customer AI, Look Alike Audiences, and more
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, legal, etc.) to drive execution, define product requirements, and coordinate other groups
  • Enable ML for Agents: Collaborate with broader team on strategy, design, and execution to bring traditional Machine Learning to Agentic AI
  • Bring New ML Techniques: Define and drive features to enable new machine learning techniques for marketers; establish metrics and methodologies to measure real-world value impact and customer return on investment
  • Unlock Adoption: Work with customers, account teams, and solution architects to resolve adoption issues, discover new use cases, and increase adoption
  • Work closely with cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and designers to drive execution of AI strategy and define/implement new ML capabilities at platform-level
