Requirements

10+ years of experience working in the Telecom domain, with an exceptional understanding of modern wireline and wireless telco stacks
5+ years in a product management role
Direct experience in building messaging services (SMS, MMS, RCS, SMPP/SMC, WhatsApp & Social messaging services)
Direct experience in evolving registration requirements for alphanumeric sender IDs, Shortcodes, and 10 DLC
Direct experience driving non-functional requirements such as a high availability, scale, cost, security, and quality of service for voice/messaging services

Responsibilities

Identifying customer and end-user pain points
Developing and validating the intended quantifiable impact of product initiatives
Applying deep knowledge of the telecom domain and modern software stack to create effective and robust solutions
Driving product adoption and usage, leveraging data-driven analytics
Developing extensible frameworks, APIs, and solutions, balancing near-term needs with long-term growth objectives
Acting as a customer/end-user champion, maintaining a high bar for user experience and simplicity
Leading and motivating a global cross-functional team
Utilizing modern AI tools and applying AI across product development phases
