Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BSS functions, particularly in real-time and batch rating, and 2 years of Product Management experience with strong skills in requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and collaboration with engineering. Previous software development experience and prior experience in BSS/OSS Digital Transformation programs are required. Familiarity with technical, security, and regulatory challenges for enterprise-scale cloud services, as well as regional data management requirements and data formats like CSV, XML, and JSON, is necessary. An understanding of business system integration models, SOA, and APIs is desirable. Experience with complex 3rd party Enterprise Billing & Rating systems (e.g., Oracle BRM, Avalara, Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Amdocs Charging, Netcracker BSS) and BSS system integrations is required.
The Product Manager will be responsible for all areas of order-to-cash, with a specific focus on Product Catalog Management, Pricing, Provisioning, Rating, and Billing. This role involves high operational management and face-to-face interaction with Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Business Operations, and Engineering across regions. Key duties include managing the digital transformation of business support systems and integrating new back-office services.
