At least 2-3 years of product management experience building successful features that deliver utility to end users and customers on Day 1
Established as a reliable product owner capable of delivering complex features and initiatives with minimal oversight
Thrive in early-stage environments, working directly with EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) and GTM (Go-To-Market) teams
Translate complex technical capabilities into products that customers want to use
Naturally curious about customer problems and excel at conducting research interviews to uncover real jobs-to-be-done
Strong communication skills to write clear requirements that align cross-functional teams and tell compelling stories around product vision
Growth mindset and innovation-first mentality to make complexity actionable for customers and end users
Responsibilities
Own the execution of a full product roadmap with end-to-end responsibility anchored to customer journeys like Activation & Onboarding or Carrier Expansion
Lead conception, strategy, execution, and launch of products that generate value and utility for customers on day 1
Champion the customer by crystallizing market and customer insights into user jobs-to-be-done, problems to solve, and use cases to enable
Drive product velocity by working closely with cross-functional partners in data, design, and engineering to ensure effective alignment and decisions
Contribute meaningfully to product strategy and roadmap development as a generalist owning a core product area end-to-end
