Responsibilities

Manage, expand, and oversee a rapidly growing portfolio of federal contracts
Improve digital tools and workflows for accredited representatives to assist Veterans with accessing and managing their benefits
Work closely with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, compliant, and impactful
Engage with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions
Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo, retro, etc) and coordinate product releases
Prioritize and manage a backlog
Communicate effectively with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes
Improve Veteran services through modern, user-centered technology
Work in Agile development environments
