Responsibilities

  • Manage, expand, and oversee a rapidly growing portfolio of federal contracts
  • Improve digital tools and workflows for accredited representatives to assist Veterans with accessing and managing their benefits
  • Work closely with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, compliant, and impactful
  • Engage with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo, retro, etc) and coordinate product releases
  • Prioritize and manage a backlog
  • Communicate effectively with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes
  • Improve Veteran services through modern, user-centered technology
  • Work in Agile development environments
