  • Lead Small Feature Developments: Manage 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements, ensuring smooth engineering handoffs, and conducting QA testing
  • Train Internal Teams: Educate departments on new product features to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maximize feature adoption
